The reserve’s dry-country wildlife — Grevy’s zebra, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe — moves through the riverine bush within sight of the lodge on quieter mornings.</p><p>A viewing deck built out over the riverbank is the natural gathering spot at sundown, where crocodiles and the occasional elephant herd can be watched crossing at the shallows.
